Order Processing Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible Please allow up to 3 business days for processing after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • If an item is in stock, it will ship out immediately after processing
  • If an item is custom or pre-orders please allow for the window of the time indicated on the prodcut page.
  • During a convention or sales period processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • If you’re in a hurry, let us know by sending an email before placing an order and we might be able to speed up the process.

If there’s any delay in processing, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Printables can be downloaded immediately after your purchase through a link shown in your browser. This link will also be e-mailed to you for later use.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Note that tracking updates are not always real time for international orders.

We cannot be held accountable for the delayed packages. Also exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to receive compensation.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
