All orders are handled by PostNL in the Netherlands, and local postal office in the country of destination.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next business day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day.

Shipping cost is calculated per order and is based on the total weight and size of your order.

Physical products

• NL – 2-3 business days
• EU – 5-7 business days
• Other – about 4 weeks*

* According to current International shipping standards, it takes about 4 weeks to get to you, however customs is experiencing delays for most countries. 

Printables

Printables can be downloaded immediately after your purchase through a link shown in your browser. This link will also be e-mailed to you for later use. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Note that tracking updates are not always real time for international orders.

We cannot be held accountable for the delayed packages. Also exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to receive compensation.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
