RETURNS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)

Not completely happy with your order? You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Send an email to info@cutiesquad.com to request a return authorisation. After this 14-day period, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, including the original packaging.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Your name and address
  • Product description
  • Reason for return (optional)

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Returning an item worth more than €50? We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. Without this, we can't guarantee we'll receive your package.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless agreed otherwise.
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
  • Products must be in perfect condition.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Exchanges Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. Looking for a different product? Simply place a new order in our webshop.

We don't offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the EU.
