Order processing
Orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on the next business day.
Shipping options and costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. You will see the exact costs at checkout.
We ship via PostNL to the Netherlands, the EU, the United Kingdom, and the rest of the world.
Estimated delivery times
- Netherlands: 2-3 business days
- EU: 5-7 business days
- Other countries: approximately 4 weeks*
*International shipments may be subject to customs delays, which are outside of our control.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Please note that tracking updates for international orders are not always in real time.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can vary significantly by country.
Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Exceeding an estimated delivery time does not entitle you to compensation, unless there is demonstrable negligence on our part.
