Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days after delivery, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@cutiesquad.com to receive a return authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for requests made after the 14-day period.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items include printable products, personalized products, and sale items, unless defective.

Returns for EU Customers

We accept returns for orders delivered within the European Union, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
  • Refunds will include the purchase price and the original shipping cost (if applicable) unless a premium shipping method was selected.

Returns for Non-EU Customers

We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside the European Union.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@cutiesquad.com within 14 days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a resolution.

For items worth over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error.
  • Products must be returned in perfect condition.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at info@cutiesquad.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will guide you through the process and provide a suitable resolution.

Canceling Your Order

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by emailing your order number to info@cutiesquad.com. If the order has shipped, you may deny the package upon delivery or return it within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges or swaps. If you’d like a different product, simply place a new order.
