All orders are handled by PostNL in the Netherlands and the local postal service in the destination country.

Order Processing Time

We know you’re excited to receive your cuties, so we strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are sent within 1-2 business days. While we don’t ship on Saturdays and Sundays, we always ensure your cute stuff is on its way as soon as possible!

Shipping options & Delivery Costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95 per order for packages that fit through the mailbox and €6.95 for regular packages delivered to your home or a service point.

Orders over €50 qualify for free delivery. Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands vary. The exact shipping cost can be calculated in the shopping cart.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands (NL): 2-3 business days
  • European Union (EU): 5-7 business days
  • Other Countries: Approximately 4 weeks*

*Please note that while international shipping typically takes about 4 weeks, countries may experience customs delays which may extend delivery times.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Please note that tracking updates for international orders may not always be in real-time.

We cannot be held accountable for delayed packages. Exceeding any delivery term will not entitle you to receive compensation.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for paying these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order on our website, as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate them for you.
