RETURNS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days after delivery.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization. After the period of 14 days after delivery, we can’t offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
In your email you need to include the following information:
- order number
- your name and address
- product description
- reason for your return (optional)

If you are shipping an item over €50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

- You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returning products unless we agreed otherwise.
- You are responsible in case of loss during return shipment.
- Products must be in perfect condition.
- After receiving the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Unfortunately, an exchange or a swap of products is not possible. Would you like to order a different product? Please order a new item in our webshop.
RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
We do not offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the EU.
In the unlikely event that any products you have received are in a damaged condition, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the order and we will guide you on the matter and offer a solution.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us as soon as possible.
