Orders

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock. You can cancel a pre-order at any time as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at info@cutiesquad.com to request a cancellation.

Subscriptions

We offer subscriptions for our products and services. With a subscription, you will receive a package or service periodically based on the plan you have chosen.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made after the cut-off date for the next delivery will take effect from the following period. Check your order confirmation email for links to manage your subscription.
